The AI Enablement and Governance Specialist will lead the integration, oversight, and ethical management of AI systems across the organization, driving AI adoption and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They will collaborate with business units to identify AI integration opportunities, design and implement frameworks for AI adoption, and provide technical and strategic guidance for AI deployments. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining AI governance policies, monitoring AI system performance for transparency and accountability, and conducting risk assessments to address potential biases. The specialist will act as a liaison between technical, legal, and business teams, educate employees on responsible AI practices, and engage with external stakeholders. They will ensure the organization's use of data for AI aligns with ethical principles, oversee data governance practices, and advocate for transparency in AI systems. Key performance indicators for AI systems will be developed, and reports on AI initiatives, governance compliance, and risk mitigation strategies will be created for senior leadership.
