Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience as a benefits consultant or in consultant relations at a peer organization. A demonstrated track record of collaborating with sellers to achieve quota attainment from channels, strong ability to identify pain points and position solutions with compelling ROI narratives, and a builder mindset with a strong sense of ownership are required. Preferred qualifications include experience selling into HR functions, deep relationships with key large market brokers and consultants, familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools, and prior success in early-stage, high-growth environments. Willingness and ability to travel as needed is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Consultant Relations Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with key consulting houses, own these relationships, and generate key deal flow. They will assist Employer Sales representatives in opening key offices of target consultants and play a key role in renewal efforts for key accounts. This role involves capturing market sentiment from consultants to provide insights back to Twin, influencing go-to-market prioritization decisions, and expanding win rates, renewal rates, and pipeline size. Additionally, they will collaborate with potential channel partners to facilitate deal flow through their channels.
