Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have demonstrated experience in managing critical activities of delivery teams, consistently delivering complex data solutions in challenging scenarios, and embodying the principles of extreme ownership. They should also have a proven history of building and leading high-performing delivery or engagement teams, along with a customer-centric approach and the ability to navigate complex customer hierarchies within the Life Sciences industry, coupled with exceptional communication skills and the capacity to tell compelling stories in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Director will concurrently drive activities for renewal numbers and overall success of implementation delivery and value realization, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Pre-sales TAMs to identify and land expansion opportunities. They will also drive activities for the overall success of implementation delivery and value realization, and will be expected to embody the TetraScience values and ethos daily, ensuring customer success and expanding the customer base while navigating the evolving platform and new value creation paths.
