Regional Sales Manager, Major Accounts - Minnesota

Position Overview:

CrowdStrike is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, based in Minnesota (individual contributor), to manage our largest accounts, known as Majors. In this role, you will leverage CrowdStrike’s advanced AI-native platform and product capabilities to help potential and existing clients overcome adversaries and achieve their cybersecurity goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong executive-level relationships, adaptability, and the ability to translate client challenges into strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue within assigned Major Accounts.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and build trust with decision-makers in key prospect accounts.
  • Establish and maintain existing relationships with key decision-makers (typically CIO and CISO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development, to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement.
  • Leverage partners' established account presence and relationships to drive mutual success.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
  • Be familiar and comfortable with the MEDDPICC sales methodology framework.
  • Maintain operational hygiene, including accurate forecasting and prospect information management in Salesforce.com.

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in a field sales capacity at a large enterprise level within Cybersecurity, Technology, and/or Security (cybersecurity experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in the Global Automotive market with a focus on target account selling and a product-based solution selling model.
  • Proven ability to close 7-figure global deals involving solutions and services.
  • A strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quotas and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach for swift resolution.
  • A strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and/or SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.
  • A keen aptitude in the cybersecurity market, understanding how technology products and solutions address business problems, and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing situations.
  • Comfort in selling a large portfolio and the ability to engage in CISO-level discussions.
