Position Overview

RegScale is a continuous controls monitoring (CCM) platform designed to deliver fast and efficient GRC outcomes. We empower organizations to overcome the limitations of legacy GRC tools by integrating security, risk, and compliance through effective controls lifecycle management. We are seeking an experienced SaaS Account Executive with a strong background in Enterprise Accounts to join our innovative startup. If you excel at engaging CISO's, are a high-activity seller focused on creating value with disruptive technology, and are passionate about solving customer challenges, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for establishing the Go-to-Market plan, building pipeline, and driving enterprise deals to closure, ensuring customers maximize their value from our platform. We encourage co-innovation with customers and R&D, and value individuals who can develop content to transform the industry.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Located in the Ohio Valley region of the United States.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within a large geographical territory, including to customer sites, RegScale offices, and industry events.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, evidenced by repeat sales to the same company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Cloud Computing infrastructure and the unique security and risk management challenges faced by modern enterprises.
  • Successful experience in a Security and/or Compliance startup.
  • Track record of working cooperatively with a Partner ecosystem.
  • A hard worker ready to invest the necessary hours to build the business and achieve significant rewards.
  • Demonstrated progressive sales experience in a subscription-based enterprise software company.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into actionable initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and managing ambiguity.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives.
  • Strong operational skills to drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness and ability to address escalated customer issues with speed and urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Help build the Go-to-Market plan for your assigned region and industries, including refining target customer lists, building pipeline, and closing new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Work closely with the Customer Enablement team to ensure platform adoption and execute the land and expand strategy.
  • Leverage technology and integration partners to build market awareness, generate pipeline, and close business.
  • Shape the future product roadmap by establishing strategic relationships with prospects and customers and collaborating with RegScale product teams to prioritize product capabilities.
  • Work with the RegScale extended team to build the RegScale Community in your markets.
