  • 5+ years of full cycle SaaS software sales experience with proven experience identifying and closing strategic contracts
  • Experience in Construction Tech and familiarity with construction workflows
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial startup environment with a builder's mentality and collaborative approach

  • Track record of high achievement exceeding quotas without sacrificing values

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts within the ideal customer profile by educating contacts on the platform's impact
  • Own the market: Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Run product demos based on customer needs, leveraging Solutions Engineering for tailored demonstrations
  • Meet and exceed quota goals as a team
  • Value selling: Sell to multiple stakeholders, sell against competitors, negotiate, present, and close with value
  • Liaise with sales engineer and customer success teams to provide world-class customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with solutions engineering, customer success, and business development to deliver great customer outcomes and results
