Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a tech lead or people management role. Proficiency in backend development, AWS, Postgres, and Node.js (TypeScript experience is a plus) is required. Strong judgment on tradeoffs, tools, and architecture, with a focus on supported, stable technologies, is essential. The ability to operate independently while knowing when to involve others is also necessary.

Responsibilities
