Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of account-based management experience in the SaaS or related technologies space and possess strong relationships with security-focused VARs within the West Coast region. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational abilities, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fluid, fast-paced environment, has a passion for problem-solving with a hands-on approach, and is proficient in using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). Experience creating technical and operational documentation (SOWs, LOEs, technical workflows) for diverse audiences is a plus, as is proficiency in MEDDPICC and SFDC.

Responsibilities

The Territory Account Manager will drive revenue by identifying new logo and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within their assigned territory. This role involves developing a deep understanding of Zimperium products and features, planning and reporting account metrics using software dashboards, and maintaining a strong focus on pipeline generation through prospecting. Responsibilities include providing monthly performance updates to management, representing the customer perspective in internal strategy meetings, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, and supporting documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts. The role also entails cultivating strong customer and partner relationships, identifying account growth opportunities, providing LOEs and SOWs, resolving customer pain points at the account level, and offering actionable recommendations to internal teams.
