Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of enterprise-level field sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology, with a strong preference for cybersecurity experience. Demonstrated experience in the Global Auto industry is also required. The ideal candidate will have executive-level contacts, be flexible and adaptable, results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and adept at building relationships and partnerships. Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within the assigned Ontario Healthcare accounts. This includes scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed sales quotas, targeting and gaining access to decision-makers, and maintaining relationships with key industry, partner, and enterprise customers at the CIO and CISO levels. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal teams such as Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to drive account engagement and leveraging partner relationships. The role requires capturing, maintaining, and disseminating accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com and forecasting sales activities.
