Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or SMB-focused environment, with a strong understanding of the Canadian market and consumer behavior. Proven experience in campaign execution across multiple channels, excellent project management skills, an analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization, and strong communication and collaboration skills are required. Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for direct acquisition and indirect/partner-led initiatives in Canada, acting as the central marketing point of contact and championing performance marketing. They will coordinate efforts across internal teams, agencies, and external partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams and the partner marketing team, analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI, track and report on key metrics, identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, support local promotional activities, and manage marketing budgets and spend effectively.
