Position Overview

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, Majors, you will be responsible for managing our largest Enterprise accounts, driving new business opportunities, and expanding revenue within the assigned region. You will leverage CrowdStrike's advanced AI-native platform to protect organizations against sophisticated cyber threats. This role requires a results-driven individual with a passion for cybersecurity, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives.

About the Role

As the Regional Sales Manager, Majors, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue with customers in your assigned region.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts within your territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (typically CIO and CSO level) in industry, partners, and enterprise customers to drive sales strategy and goal attainment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility and drive engagement with target accounts.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and find swift resolutions.
  • A strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, including competitive offerings.
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • The ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and skill levels.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Located in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.
  • 7+ years of experience selling into the local market.
