Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in sales and marketing activities is desirable, along with a proven record of collaborating effectively in team environments. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent is required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for assigned product lines including Lining Whole Goods, PB30 Lateral Bursting Systems, Mainline Bursting and Winch Systems, Rentals, Parts, Lining Consumables, Point Repair Solutions, Pipe Ramming, and Pressure Pipe Lining. This role involves establishing new customers for DOT and Railroad (point repair), achieving annual sales objectives for assigned Key Accounts, and following up on lead generation from marketing and inside sales teams. The manager must record notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM, execute the sales model as a trusted advisor, and maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise in HammerHead lateral solutions. Responsibilities also include communicating dealer goals, assisting dealer sales personnel, providing input on pipeline activity, sales and equipment forecasting, working trade shows, managing Accounts Receivable and territory expenditures, and maintaining daily CRM activity with a minimum of 125 customer contacts per month. Estimated travel is 60% overnight.
