Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a BS/BA degree and have 5 years of selling experience or equivalent. The role requires the ability to interface with executive-level customers, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong, persuasive presentation abilities. Travel is required 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will ensure the assigned region meets or exceeds sales and profitability objectives by formulating sales strategies for markets and product lines. They will work with sales representatives to identify market opportunities, establish sales objectives, and manage/coach field personnel, including clinical representatives. This role involves negotiating contracts with external customers, keeping the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity, and managing the implementation of company policies. Responsibilities also include recruiting, coaching, and developing talent, fostering a diverse workplace, creating an entrepreneurial environment, and developing/executing organizational and operational policies. The manager will monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, make decisions regarding work processes and operational plans, and develop and manage the annual budget for their department.
