Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, with at least 1 year of field sales experience and a proven track record of acquiring new accounts. Significant experience in developing relationships with senior executives is required, along with an aptitude for understanding how technology solves business problems and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques is necessary, as are strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, and decision-making skills. The role also requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business and expand revenue within their assigned region. They will be responsible for scoping, negotiating, and closing agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets, and for targeting and gaining access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, typically at the CIO and CSO level, to drive sales strategy and goal attainment. Collaboration with field sales, channel partners, marketing, sales operations, system engineering, services, customer support, and product development teams is essential for creating visibility and driving engagement with target accounts. Additionally, the manager will work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships, and will maintain accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
