Requirements

Experience in preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, account planning, and managing customer relationships alongside a Customer Success team is essential. Familiarity with using data to demonstrate value and justify expansion, along with polished sales presentation skills, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for renewing, upselling, and cross-selling within an assigned book of existing customers. This includes developing deep relationships with senior executives, positioning Firstup's value proposition based on customer business outcomes, and leading value-driven Executive Business Reviews. The role also involves partnering with the Customer Experience Team to ensure customer success, driving customer advocacy, and becoming an expert in the Digital Employee Experience.
