Responsibilities

• Deliver Annual Sales Target, regional Plans and Strategies
• Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget
• Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target
• Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional technical Support
• Perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
• Review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
• Monthly/weekly business reports to National Sales Manager/business unit director
• Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested
• Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM policy and requirement
• Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM
• Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM are executed
• Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Industry Experience

• 5 years or more of medical device industry is preferred

Job Experience

• 10 years of sales experience in hospital environment OR, 5 year of medical industry sales experience

Specific Job Requirements

• Frequent travelling to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings
• On call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
• Able to work on weekends during scientific meetings/workshops
