As a Sales Executive, you will represent Baxter and our products with confidence, leveraging your deep understanding of our portfolio and its value to patients. You will build trust and establish strong relationships with doctors and nurses by being on-site and providing solutions to meet their needs.

The Sales Executive drives sales of Baxter capital equipment, including patient beds, stretchers, surfaces, and service solutions, within assigned US hospital territories. This role involves collaborating with local sales teams and leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, providing expert knowledge for successful implementation of Baxter's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities and nurture relationships within the assigned territory.
• Expand existing business while maintaining current client base satisfaction.
• Utilize customer insights to develop targeted sales strategies and tailor responses to specific customer requirements.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM/forecast updates.
• Engage in effective negotiations with customers and finalize sales.
• Communicate and strategize with internal customers.
• Lead sales specialists and services personnel to drive new deals.
• Supervise the installation of new products post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Connect with key decision-makers and spend over 60% of time on-site with customers developing relationships.
• Travel up to 80% of the time.

Requirements

• Proven track record of implementing strong strategy plans and completing tasks.

• Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams and projects.
• Responsible for sales activity, developing sales plans, and understanding local market and competitive trends.
• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
• Strong skills in the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory (may include weekends).
• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience (Medical device or healthcare sales preferred).
