As a Sales Executive, the primary responsibility is to drive sales of Baxter capital equipment in US hospitals within assigned territory, collaborating with local sales teams and leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy. This includes generating new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, expanding existing business, meeting sales quotas, engaging in effective negotiations, communicating with internal customers, leading sales specialists, supervising product installations, and traveling up to 80% of the time to connect with key decision makers and customers.
