Requirements

Candidates should possess industry domain knowledge in Healthcare, specifically within Payor and/or Provider industry verticals, and understand the technical landscapes of healthcare organizations. Demonstrated experience in simplifying and communicating complex concepts to both technical and business audiences is required. The role is suitable for an early career sales engineer or someone transitioning into sales engineering, with a background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs. Ability to empathize, curiosity to learn, and coachability are essential, along with a willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will act as a strategic advisor, uncovering the value of Automation and AI in healthcare business processes and designing new processes using the UiPath platform. Responsibilities include evangelizing automation's value, acting as a thought leader on platform advancement, understanding healthcare industry challenges, partnering with sales teams on account strategy, building and delivering industry-specific demos and proof of value, conducting process discovery sessions, quantifying automation value, and channeling customer feedback to product teams.
