The Opportunity

Flock is seeking a self-motivated and established outside sales professional to join our growing Public Sector sales team as a Regional Account Executive. This role offers a unique opportunity to sell innovative technology that directly addresses crime reduction. The ideal candidate thrives in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment. This position focuses on a single market, requiring ownership of demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. The role is 100% remote and requires regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a focus on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results within a defined territory.
  • Proven experience utilizing outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master technical products to become a subject matter expert for clients.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • A consultative sales approach, energized by solving customer problems.
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
