  • Description: Qualified offers the PipelineAI platform for B2B companies worldwide. Piper, the AI SDR, provides a new approach to growing inbound pipeline through a single, powerful platform. Piper operates across websites and email, engaging visitors, capturing leads, and converting buyers around the clock. Hundreds of leading brands, including Crunchbase, Asana, Box, and Grubhub, use Qualified to increase lead conversions, generate more meetings, and improve inbound pipeline efficiency. The Success Architect will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • CRM Knowledge: Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Marketing Automation: Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Implementation: Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework.
  • Technical Architecture: Interface with Enterprise Architects to outline the optimal technical architecture for customer onboarding of Qualified products.
  • Data Modeling: Document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish a deep consultative relationship with various client business units.
  • Training & Education: Provide coaching and education to key stakeholders about Conversational Marketing to improve adoption of Qualified products.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Advocacy Program: Identify successful customers and work with the Marketing team to turn them into advocates with case studies and testimonials.
  • Product Feedback: Engage in internal product discussions, bringing customer feedback into actionable insights to shape the product roadmap.
  • Executive Analysis: Analyze customer health score to achieve renewal targets.
