Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Mid Market or Enterprise software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills are essential. A deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and a working knowledge of marketing automation systems are required. Familiarity with web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with SaaS applications is necessary. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to meet business requirements with technical solutions are also important. A bachelor's degree is required, along with a passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

The Qualified Success Architect will lead the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for customers. They will deliver and guide customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework and interface with Enterprise Architects to outline optimal technical architecture for onboarding. Documenting technical requirements to align the Qualified Data Model with customer business objectives is crucial. Establishing consultative relationships with client business units, providing coaching on Conversational Marketing, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders are key tasks. The role also involves identifying successful customers and collaborating with the Marketing team to create case studies, engaging in internal product discussions to shape the product roadmap, and analyzing customer health scores to achieve renewal targets.
