Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Two (2) years of related experience (required); two (2) or more years preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring the team(s) understand(s) the overall program contract(s)/goals, perform(s) consistently, and are empowered to make decisions and solve problems as they arise
Take the lead in engaging with Customer(s) regarding delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits, and negotiating PPV and NRE
Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction in respect of Plexus' 5Es and Plexus Core Values
Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with support functions to proactively develop and implement solutions
Proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan, and take action to mitigate such risks and variances
If have direct reports: Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential
