Experience with defense programs (e.g., Eglin AFB, DEVCOM, NAVAIR, or prime contractor initiatives)
Experience with schedule and deliverable management
Experience with change order coordination and documentation
Experience with customer and internal reporting
Experience with sales-to-production transition
Experience with technical, contractual, and commercial documentation
Experience with facility, material, and resource alignment
Experience with program quoting tools and templates
Experience with vendor and subcontractor quote repositories
Experience with technical data management systems for defense compliance and ITAR-controlled information
Experience with RPS Master Schedule
Experience with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and defense customer audits
LEAN leadership experience
Experience as a liaison between Applications Engineering, Operations & Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Vendors, Quality Assurance, Fulfillment & Logistics, and Finance & Contracts
Ability to travel 25–50%

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for critical defense programs
Own all aspects of program execution post-PO
Proactively manage stakeholder communications
Lead the handoff process from Business Development to Operations
Ensure technical, contractual, and commercial elements are documented and traceable
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure readiness for program start
Maintain and continuously improve program quoting tools and templates
Own the creation and maintenance of the RPS Master Schedule for defense programs
Support compliance and readiness reviews
Drive process improvements to enhance delivery performance
Prioritize work-in-progress (WIP) and production scheduling
Ensure program alignment, readiness, and execution success through travel
