Candidates need 5+ years of program or project management experience leading digital delivery teams, strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.), proven success managing cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, familiarity with federal IT compliance and ATO processes, and knowledge of cloud technologies, human-centered design, and digital transformation best practices. A Bachelor’s degree is also required.
