Strong skills in positioning, storytelling, and GTM execution are required, as is experience with sales enablement and cross-functional launches. Familiarity with product communication tools like Intercom and analytics tools such as Heap is preferred, along with robust market research and competitive analysis capabilities. A bias for action is also a key requirement.
The Product Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and launch execution for AI-powered solutions, defining positioning and crafting compelling narratives. This role involves enabling sales and growth teams by building playbooks, decks, and battlecards, and driving product adoption through collaboration with Product, Marketing, and CX teams. Responsibilities also include conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and product roadmap, owning GTM budget planning, forecasting, and ROI measurement, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. The role requires daily syncs with Product to align on roadmap and GTM strategy, drafting positioning documents and launch briefs, creating and testing messaging for campaigns, training sales and success teams on new features, reviewing adoption data post-launch, and sharing market and competitor updates.
