Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in competitive intelligence, market research, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical role is required. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and demonstrated experience creating reports or presentations are essential. A curious, detail-oriented, and resourceful mindset, along with fluency in using AI tools for research and analysis, is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include exposure to competitive intelligence, familiarity with CI tools like Klue, and experience in contact center or customer experience software, as well as domain knowledge of large language models and enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will own the development and refinement of positioning and messaging against competitors, analyzing competitor products to gather intelligence, identify opportunities, and anticipate threats. They will create sales and marketing collateral to communicate differentiation and value, and partner across product, sales, and marketing teams to build and execute competitive intelligence strategies. This role also involves contributing competitive perspectives to marketing campaigns to support the revenue pipeline.
