Requirements

The Product Marketing Insights Manager should have experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing teams. They need to be skilled in managing advisory boards, conducting customer interviews, and creating customer-centric campaigns. Proficiency in aggregating voice-of-customer signals, developing buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles, and creating insight reports and presentations is also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Insights Manager will manage HR, Procurement, and Payroll advisory boards, securing monthly sessions for insights and feedback. They will support customer interviews for case studies, drive case studies with regional marketing, and work with customer success and account executives to gather customers for social media campaigns. Responsibilities also include launching campaigns that highlight customers, supporting the PMM Enablement team with content creation, aggregating voice-of-customer signals into a searchable repository, and building automated dashboards. Additionally, they will own the creation, refresh, and governance of data-driven buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profiles, craft insight reports and executive presentations, and publish quarterly deep-dives on priority verticals.
