The Manager of Customer Success Operations & Strategy should have experience in operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives impacting Net Dollar Retention, customer growth, and overall retention. This role requires collaboration with the Customer Success leadership team and the Manager of Sales Operations to align on cross-functional revenue goals and execution. The position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
The Manager of Customer Success Operations & Strategy will be responsible for enabling operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives within the Customer Success function. This role involves leading process optimization, reporting, systems support, and special projects to elevate the impact of the Customer Success team. The individual will act as the operational engine to support and scale a high-performing CS team.
