Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will support Residential Energy Efficiency Programs by assisting in managing project tasks, coordinating marketing plans and campaigns, and ensuring the seamless delivery of work. Key duties include tracking and managing marketing projects using tools like Wrike or Smartsheet, maintaining timelines, and flagging risks. The specialist will also help create and manage marketing materials and customer-facing content, collaborate with program managers, clients, contractors, and community partners to translate ideas into actionable plans, and support communications across the full customer experience. Additionally, the role involves assisting with virtual and in-person meetings and events, including preparing materials and managing communications.
