Requirements

Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in market intelligence, product strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or competitive analysis within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software. A strong grasp of industry trends across cybersecurity, identity, SaaS, and digital consumer and developer markets is required, along with exceptional synthesis and storytelling skills, a strong analytical and research toolkit, and highly collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

The Market Intelligence Director will build and maintain a market and competitive intelligence function, deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, and monitor emerging trends. They will partner with the CPO on strategic planning, size and segment markets, develop customer and competitive insights, and collaborate with other teams on positioning, messaging, and M&A diligence. This role also involves preparing materials for internal briefings and shaping narratives for analyst relations.
