Position Overview

CSC Generation is revolutionizing retail operations with data at its core. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager – AI & Automation to empower one of our brands in transforming decision-making through data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence. This is a hands-on role where you will be the primary resource for analysis, insight generation, and the development of tools that enhance the speed and quality of decisions. You will be responsible for identifying patterns in data and building the necessary dashboards, bots, or automations to deliver these insights efficiently to stakeholders. You will collaborate directly with the brand's CEO and senior leadership across various departments in a fast-paced environment with complex challenges and unlimited growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the business performance dashboard, including its creation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales, marketing, customer behavior, and operational data.
  • Develop AI-enhanced workflows and models to support faster and better decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to diagnose business trends and formulate tactical recommendations.
  • Develop lightweight tooling, such as scripts, automations, and templates, to streamline the analysis process.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate generative AI into reporting, insight generation, and existing workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business operations, product management, or similar high-intensity roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and their practical application in daily work.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and experience designing automated workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, with strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • A strong desire for rapid growth, solving significant problems, and learning directly from C-level executives.
