Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategist, builder, and innovator with experience at the intersection of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, advanced tooling, and experimental growth engineering. They should have experience leading critical initiatives that drive revenue growth, scaling GTM systems, and deploying AI and automation tactics. Experience working closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success is required, along with experience in architecting, testing, and scaling top-of-funnel and outbound lead generation experiments using modern AI/automation tools. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), marketing automation, outbound enablement, enrichment, reporting, API integration, and low-code automation is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principal Revenue Operations Manager will lead mission-critical initiatives shaping GTM structure, sales execution, segmentation, and organizational scaling. They will partner with GTM leadership and Finance on strategic planning for pipeline coverage, channel strategy, capacity, and forecasting. This role involves mentoring junior team members, championing innovation, and serving as a liaison between go-to-market teams and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities include architecting, testing, and scaling lead generation experiments using AI/automation tools, embedding experimentation in the sales development lifecycle, and running A/B tests to refine outreach and optimize demand capture. The role also entails owning components of the GTM systems strategy, leading the technical transformation of the revenue tech stack, and translating GTM needs into system changes.
