Candidates need a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in Growth Operations, experience managing and scaling teams, proficiency in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau), reporting, and expertise with Salesforce as a CRM.
You will lead and continue to build a team of analytical, strategic strong performers while driving strategy for a large and growing Client Success team.
Strong candidates have proven cross-functional influence, clear executive-level communication skills, and a track record in growth operations including strategy execution across revenue, retention, renewals, and upsells.
