Candidates should have successful technology sales experience, with a strong preference for ad-tech, digital marketing, and/or B2B account-based marketing. A track record of success in customer-facing account management roles and proven ability to achieve quarterly managed sales quotas with experience in expanding deals and managing sales processes are required. SaaS experience and an understanding of MEDDPICC are highly desirable. Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email, are necessary. The ability and willingness to travel to meet accounts within the US at least once per month is also required.
The Principal Key Account Manager will manage the commercial aspect of customer businesses by focusing on retaining and expanding a book of 10-15 enterprise accounts, driving revenue, and ensuring customer marketing and sales success. This role involves working collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, developing cross-functional relationships across customer departments (marketing, executives, sales), and managing contracts, negotiations, billing, legal, and financial matters. The position also requires close collaboration with new business and onboarding teams for a seamless customer experience and developing internal relationships to improve processes and customer support.
