Principal Key Account Manager - RollWorks

Position Overview

RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking a Principal Key Account Manager to join our growing and skilled Account Management Team. This role focuses on managing executive relationships and expansion strategies with RollWorks’ largest enterprise customers. You will be a proactive leader, staying ahead of marketing industry and competitive trends, efficiently managing projects, and acting as a strategic relationship manager comfortable working with executives. Responsibilities

The Principal Key Account Manager is responsible for the commercial success of their assigned customer accounts, focusing on retention and expansion. You will drive revenue growth and foster marketing and sales success for customers by:

  • Managing a book of 10-15 enterprise accounts, focusing on retaining and expanding business.
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success Manager(s) to jointly support their book of customers.
  • Developing and expanding cross-functional relationships across various customer departments (e.g., marketing, executives, marketing operations, sales, sales operations) to build value and interest.
  • Handling contract, negotiation, billing, legal, and financial inquiries internally and externally for customer relationships and agreements.
  • Partnering with new business and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless and standardized new customer experience.
  • Building internal relationships to advise on and improve processes for more effective and efficient customer support, including collaboration with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • Successful technology sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in ad-tech, digital marketing, and/or B2B account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing account management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quarterly managed sales quotas, with proficient experience in deal expansion and managing sales processes.
  • SaaS experience and an understanding of MEDDPICC are considered significant advantages.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, evolving, high-energy sales culture.
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meet with accounts within the US at least once per month.

Compensation

  • Minimum Base Salary: $109,055
  • Maximum Base Salary: $161,700
  • Additional Compensation: Commission + Equity + Benefits
  • On-Target Earnings: 42.86% of base salary.
