We’re looking for a world-class Head of Strategic Finance to join us at a pivotal moment of growth. Reporting directly to our CFO, you’ll be the finance partner to leaders across the company, helping drive decision-making and shape the future of Rad AI. This is not a back-office role. You’ll be in the mix on everything from go-to-market strategy and product investments to fundraising, M&A, and corporate development. What You’ll Do:

• Partner directly with the CFO, CEO, and executive team to drive financial planning, strategic analysis, and high-stakes decision-making.
• Build our financial models and forecasts to support fundraising, board materials, scenario planning, and long-term planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives—pricing, partnerships, capital allocation, new market entry, etc.—to help guide the business through its next phase of growth.
• Drive cross-functional planning processes, translating product and business strategy into clear financial implications.
• Design and operationalize KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that empower leaders to manage the business effectively.
• Establish the Strategic Finance function and build a team of top-tier talent as the company scales.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or similar; startup and/or high-growth company experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional modeling skills, business intuition, and executive communication.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence at all levels of an organization.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—able to toggle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• A builder’s mindset: excited to roll up your sleeves and lay the foundation for a function that will scale.
• Passion for healthcare, AI, or mission-driven technology is a major plus.
