Candidates must have over 15 years of progressive experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence, with at least 5 years in a Senior Director level role or above. Expertise in process reengineering, operational transformation, and global standardization is required.
This role is responsible for designing, harmonizing, and embedding standardized processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Operations teams to deliver scalable growth, improve productivity, and accelerate revenue performance. Key duties include collaborating with leadership to define GTM strategy, driving large-scale commercial transformation initiatives, owning end-to-end planning processes like territory design and quota setting, and partnering with HR and Finance to design sales compensation plans. The strategist will also serve as a liaison between departments, lead the digital transformation of commercial planning workflows, optimize the lead-to-deal-to-renewal lifecycle, and define the GTM operating rhythm. They will establish scalable frameworks for operational standardization, align with GTM Operations Business Partners, lead the Shared Services organization, and oversee the revenue technology stack. Additionally, the role involves defining tool strategy, owning CRM data strategy, recruiting and developing a high-performing GTM Operations team, mentoring global teams, and building global Centers of Excellence.
