Candidates must have over 10 years of management experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, or related functions, ideally within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry. Demonstrated experience with Lean/DBS concepts and building scalable, global processes is essential, as is a proven ability to lead large, high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration. The role requires the ability to travel 25% of the time, including overnight stays within territories or locations. Previous experience in the Genomics industry and with Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies is considered a plus.
The Vice President, Global Commercial Excellence will lead the development and execution of a global customer service strategy focused on consistency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Additionally, the role involves implementing globally standardized processes and advanced analytics for performance monitoring and strategic decision-making, and representing the voice of the customer in corporate strategic planning to influence global initiatives for enhanced service quality and commercial effectiveness.
