The Senior Director, Global Partnerships - GTM Operations will act as a business partner to the Global Partnership leadership team, shaping strategy and providing guidance on business operations best practices. This role involves owning the operating plan, tracking results through KPIs and business reviews, and scaling the Service Provider Route to Market. Responsibilities include assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and strategy development, managing strategic projects, and identifying efficiency improvements. The position also requires driving the operational cadence of a cross-functional leadership team, leading the forecasting process, developing GTM reporting and territory planning, and designing sales compensation plans. Additionally, the role involves leveraging data analytics to optimize partner operations, developing strategies to measure operational metrics, and partnering with Finance to measure program effectiveness. The Senior Director will implement processes and technology solutions to streamline operations, develop rules of engagement, create policies for compliance, and regularly present business reviews to senior leadership.
