Requirements

Candidates should possess 8-12+ years of experience in Go-To-Market systems, business operations, or sales operations. A strong technical background, particularly with Salesforce, is required, along with experience in sales engagement, marketing automation, and customer success tools. Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and AI models is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principal, Business Operations – Go-To-Market Systems will own the vision, strategy, and execution for GTM systems, including Salesforce, sales engagement, marketing automation, and customer success tools. Responsibilities include designing and implementing system architecture, developing a GTM systems roadmap, configuring and enhancing Salesforce, building automation and AI-driven processes, and mentoring a small team of implementers. This role involves partnering with GTM leadership, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure system alignment, data integrity, and user experience, while also identifying and embedding AI capabilities to improve efficiency and productivity across GTM workflows.
