Devoted Health is seeking a Principal Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to our pharmacy leadership team. This role focuses on leveraging complex data to inform business strategies that directly impact member outcomes and operational performance, particularly within our Medication Adherence program. The ideal candidate will translate ambiguous problems into actionable analyses and generate implementation-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded partner to the Medication Adherence team, working directly with the Director of Medication Adherence and the Associate Vice President of Pharmacy.
• Support the team’s strategy and impact performance outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance trends and share findings in real time to help the team achieve its goals.
• Partner with business teams, data science, product management, data engineering, and software engineering to determine how best to measure and present company performance.
• Build tools to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Maintain the performance of our BI platform (Looker).
• Scale BI solutions to support current and future LLM-supported analyses and use cases.
• Form data-backed hypotheses, rigorously test them against operational metrics, and communicate findings with clear implications for business impact.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig deep into complex data.
• Experience in translating ambiguous problems into actionable analyses.
• Proficiency in generating implementation-ready insights.
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling.
• Understanding of data governance principles for building lasting data products.
• Comfort working with large datasets and complex systems.
• Experience with BI platforms, specifically Looker, is a plus.
• Passion for building great technology to solve problems.
