Candidates must be highly skilled, forward-thinking, and collaborative Senior BI Engineers with a passion for data and its potential to drive business success. Experience leading the design, development, and maintenance of BI platform implementations, semantic data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities is required. Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and relevant APIs is essential.

Responsibilities

Senior BI Engineers will lead and oversee the implementation of robust BI solutions, architect advanced BI solutions including data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations, and conduct in-depth audits of existing BI setups for optimization. They will evaluate new BI tools, provide strategic recommendations for improving data accuracy and BI capabilities, and troubleshoot complex data issues. Responsibilities also include building and performance tuning complex queries on large datasets, collaborating cross-functionally to define BI requirements and ensure data integrations, utilizing APIs to automate reporting and enhance BI implementations, and developing comprehensive documentation. Additionally, they will act as a thought leader in Business Intelligence, provide stewardship over enterprise reporting data and metrics, and lead a BI community of practice across the enterprise.
