Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, developing recurring and ad-hoc reports, and creating self-service reports for market-facing teams. This role involves monitoring client performance KPIs, identifying areas for business improvement, developing action items for unmet goals or SLAs, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client and operational needs. Responsibilities also include documenting processes, recommending system solutions for automation and efficiency, and participating in technology assessments and plan design meetings.
