Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), due to the role's involvement in GovCloud. Proven experience in enterprise environments and network operations, ideally with a background as a system administrator, is required. Understanding of fault tolerance and multi-tenancy concepts, including load balancers and proxies, is necessary. Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity Management concepts, along with solid knowledge of standard enterprise operating systems like Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server, is beneficial. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker), familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, and knowledge of SAML and SCIM for identity and access management.
The QA Analyst will focus on testing Business Intelligence applications and their associated backend APIs, performing web application testing, and backend service validation. Responsibilities include identifying and reporting bugs, managing test plans based on Jira ticket requirements, investigating product quality to recommend improvements, and collaborating with the Product Development team to resolve quality assurance process bottlenecks. Specific duties involve conducting testing of web-based Business Intelligence applications following standardized QA processes, setting up and configuring testing tools, managing tickets and documenting testing activities using Jira and Confluence, utilizing test management platforms like TestRail, configuring desktop and mobile environments, and collaborating with various web browsers and enterprise tools.
