Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with at least 4 years of experience building and maintaining BI reporting in tools like Tableau or Mode, and 4 years of experience working with SQL. The role also requires 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence, 2+ years of experience in channel optimization, a foundational understanding of data architecture and best practices, experience building API integrations and managing data pipelines, and experience working with Python for generating business insights. Preferred qualifications include experience in classification general linear model builds, ML pipelines, statistical techniques like difference-in-difference, and A/B testing best practices.

Responsibilities

The Principal Marketing Data Analyst will turn data into actionable insights to drive channel decisions and performance, contributing to the Marketing team’s data modeling, core data pipelines, and data tooling. Responsibilities include communicating findings and insights to key stakeholders, developing dashboards and frameworks to monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities to empower the marketing team with data and tools, performing data modeling and developing/maintaining core ETL pipelines, running incremental lift experiments for upper funnel channels, and building and maintaining marketing signals in dbt.
