Responsibilities

  • Build and own marketing planning, prioritization, and production frameworks
  • Develop and manage a holistic marketing calendar
  • Lead and develop a team, including managing and mentoring a small team
  • Create a quarterly intake model that balances planned initiatives with emergent requests
  • Lead creative operations, optimizing internal and agency resourcing
  • Establish consistent review and approval processes for creative assets
  • Oversee campaign management to connect the dots across channels
  • Introduce scalable processes and systems (e.g., Asana) to standardize marketing project briefing and execution
  • Design and scale marketing projects, including project management and resource allocation
  • Partner with leadership to develop and manage a marketing operations function
  • Develop and manage a marketing operations budget and resource allocation plan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GTM leaders and Product Ops, to ensure alignment and prioritization of marketing initiatives
