Requirements

Responsibilities

The Premium Enterprise Consultant will act as a key point of contact for operational matters for assigned customer accounts, communicating primarily via email and video calls. They will partner with senior colleagues to support customer relationships, assist in resolving customer queries promptly and professionally, and keep customer account playbooks updated. The role involves supporting the development of best practices and documentation, promoting a positive customer experience, contributing ideas for improvement, and building strong cross-departmental relationships for seamless service delivery. Additionally, the consultant will help track and improve customer satisfaction metrics such as NPS, NES, and CSAT.
