The Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing complaints with empathy and professionalism, and resolving customer inquiries via email and phone. They will also build feedback loops to improve customer experiences, identify and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams, and provide timely and empathetic support through the Genesys Cloud system.
