Requirements
Candidates must possess C1-C2 level Turkish proficiency and English at B2 level or higher. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, accountability, reliability, and proactivity are essential. Proficiency in knowledge bases, basic troubleshooting skills, and availability for full-time work, including weekends, are required. Familiarity with Helpshift/Zendesk or other CRM tools, MS Office or Google Suite apps, and community platforms like Discord or Slack are advantageous. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Player Engagement Agent will act as a liaison between clients and the gaming community, investigating and responding promptly to player inquiries via ticketing, email, or chat. Responsibilities include providing valuable feedback to developers, assisting internal teams, gathering player feedback, and performing translations when necessary. Agents will maintain accurate reports, escalate issues promptly, contribute to support process improvements, and participate in quality control. They must also master gameplay knowledge of the products to effectively serve players.
