The Member Support Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for members and care teams, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the Twin digital product, sensors, and services via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities include accurately tracking inquiries, maintaining detailed documentation, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Sales, Clinical, Customer Experience) and external vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
