Responsibilities

The Community Manager will build and scale an agent entrepreneurial community, fostering connections and sharing insights to amplify user success. This role involves managing the community experience, creating digital and in-person events to drive engagement, loyalty, and retention. Responsibilities include designing and leading multi-channel community programs, developing content and discussions, launching new initiatives like content series and networking events, and managing a customer Ambassador Program to transform top agents into brand advocates and peer leaders. The community efforts are expected to directly support Net Revenue Retention by increasing customer engagement, reducing churn, and enabling community-led expansion.
