Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or a related field, preferably within the game industry. A solid understanding of game development processes and tools across mobile, PC, and web platforms is essential. Proven ability to create engaging technical content in various formats, a strong presence in online developer communities, and comfort with public speaking are required. Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to travel for industry events.

Responsibilities

The Developer Evangelist will establish and maintain a strong presence in game developer communities, representing Xsolla at conferences and events. This role involves organizing and participating in developer meetups and hackathons. Responsibilities include producing high-quality technical and inspirational content such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, videos, and social media updates, ensuring content remains current with product releases. The evangelist will collaborate with Developer Marketing to amplify content reach, act as a liaison between developers and Xsolla's Product/Technical teams, and gather community feedback to improve products. They will also identify integration opportunities, track content reach and engagement, and report on community growth and developer satisfaction to refine outreach strategies.
